'The Red Sleeve Cuff' Episodes 14 and 15 to Air on Christmas Day

On December 16, MBC announced that viewers can watch two episodes of "The Red Sleeve Cuff" this coming Christmas Day. A source from MBC confirmed that episode 13 will have its regular broadcast on December 24, but episodes 14 and 15 will simultaneously air on December 25.

Domestic and international fans will be able to enjoy a total of three episodes of TRSC during the holidays.

Other K-media sources reported that it is to give way for the upcoming Kdrama "Tracer," starring Im Siwan, Ko Ah Sung, Son Hyun Joo, Park Yong Woo, and Chu Sang Mi, which is scheduled to premiere on January 7, 2022.

Earlier in December, the drama production confirmed that "The Red Sleeve Cuff" will end its run with episode 17 instead of episode 16 due to the massive support by the viewers. The team also clarified that the additional episode is not a special broadcast but a continuation of the story of the drama.

Lee Se Young and Lee Junho will also fulfill their promise to the viewers as they are confirmed to appear as special DJs on "Noon Song of Hope" on December 28.

'The Red Sleeve Cuff' Episode 10 Highlights

In "The Red Sleeve Cuff" episode 10, King Yeongjo (Lee Deok Hwa) attended a banquet prepared by his wife Queen Jungsoon (Jang Hee Jin). Princess Hyebin (Kang Mal Geum), Princess Hwawan (Seo Hyo Rim) and Crown Prince Yi San (Lee Junho) were also present during the feast.

The gathering was made to prepare the crown prince before passing the throne to him as the next king. But due to the incident that happened because of Princess Hwawan and Court Lady Jo, Yi San was framed and wrongly accused of threatening the king with the food he offered.

Due to this, Yi San is about to experience another punishment from the royal highness.

Meanwhile, after knowing the dark side of the Gwanghan Palace headed by Court Lady Jo (Park Ji Young), Sung Deok Im (Lee Se Young) is ready to fight for the safety of the other court ladies. She will reveal the meaning of the tattoo on her back, which also seems familiar to Yi San when he saw it while Deok Im was changing her clothes inside the crown prince's bathroom.

Catch "The Red Sleeve Cuff" episodes 11 and 12 on December 17 and 18 at 9:50 p.m. KST on MBC and Viki.
