'Snowdrop' Records High Viewership Ratings After an All-Time Low
Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK Jisoo's drama "Snowdrop" recorded a new high rating with its latest episode that aired on Sunday, January 16.
"Snowdrop" premiered on December 18 and recorded a solid nationwide rating of 2.9%, a promising start amid the unceasing allegations against the drama.
In the second episode, "Snowdrop" received positive feedback from the public, recording a new high, the highest rating yet, with 3.9% nationwide rating.

Jung Hae In and BLACKPINK Jisoo's drama's ratings started to fluctuate and suffered from an all-time low aside from its incessant issues surrounding the drama.
The drama sees light as "Snowdrop" rises to a slightly higher rating of 3.0%, slightly higher than its previous rating of 2.5%.
The production unit of the "Snowdrop" hopes to receive more positive feedback from the public with the drama's remaining five episodes. They also guarantee an even more intense and interesting plot twist as it nears the end.

Amid the chaotic push-and-pull between the North and South Korea, and the clash between the North Korean spies and hostage-takers, betrayal and broken trust surround the Hosoo Women's University dormitory.
Cheong Ya (Yoo In Na) wages war against Su Ho (Jung Hae In) due to their opposing values. Su Ho starts to doubt his loyalty to his country while Cheong Ya doesn't doubt North Korea even a bit.
Looking for comfort, he goes to the room where he took Young Ro (BLACKPINK Jisoo) hostage who brews coffee for him.
Previously, Su Ho takes a bullet for Young Ro after Cheong Ya tries to shoot her. Because of this, dormant feelings for one another resurface despite being clamped inside the dormitory.

Young Ro comforts Su Ho through a nice and hot coffee, guaranteeing him that it will make him forget all the bad things that happened.
Su Ho then takes a sip of the coffee and says, "I'll forget about how I aimed the gun in your head."
The two then confess their unsaid feelings, and share one soulful kiss amid the world's chaos.
'Snowdrop' Episode 12 Release Date and Time
JTBC's "Snowdrop" episode 12 is expected to showcase how Su Ho and Young Ro's premature romance blooms into a beautiful love story. It is also expected to show how the relationship between Su Ho and Cheong Ya, who has liked the former for a long time, changes through the hostage crisis.
"Snowdrop" episode 12 is scheduled to air on Saturday, January 22 on JTBC at 10:30 p.m. KST. It is also available for international streaming through Disney+.
