tvN's "Twenty Five, Twenty One" and JTBC's "Forecasting Love and Weather" finally hit the small screens on February 12. The much-awaited series received favorable reviews and garnered high ratings during premiere episodes.

Based on Nielsen Korea's rating results, "Forecasting Love and Weather," starring Song Kang and Park Min Young, recorded an average viewership rating of 4.5 percent. This figure is said to be higher than its predecessor "Snowdrop," which previously occupied its weekend time slot.

Meanwhile, Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri's drama "Twenty Five, Twenty One" scored an average of 6.4 percent rating nationwide. The new tvN series also outshines "Bulgasal," its own predecessor.

Song Kang and Park Min Young enticed the viewers with their quarrel moments over work in "Forecasting Love and Weather." Both their characters have passion for weather and try their best to deliver the most accurate weather forecast to public.

Though they didn't have a good first impressions on each other, Lee Si Woo (Song Kang) tries to be calm and polite in front of his boss Jin Ha Kyung (Park Min Young), who is still in the process of moving on from her heartbreak.

Meanwhile, tvN's "Twenty Five, Twenty One" episode 1 introduced Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri's characters' back stories. They had innocent yet unforgettable moments during their teenage years in the 90s.

According to My Daily News, the lead stars perfectly conveyed their respective characters' emotions. Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk's chemistry is also receiving praisees by the viewers.

"Forecasting Love and Weather" airs every weekend at 10:30 p.m. (KST) on JTBC and "Twenty Five, Twenty One" at 9:10 p.m. (KST) on tvN.
