"Ghost Doctor" episode 13 gave the audience an emotional turn as the tvN medical fantasy series unraveled the connection of Kim Bum, Sung Dong Il and Rain.
Apart from it, the Monday and Tuesday drama series showed a massive increase as it neared its finale.
'Ghost Doctor' Viewership Rating
According to Nielsen Korea, the thirteenth episode climbs to a recorded average of 6.3 percent and 6.7 percent in metropolitan areas.
To recall, the previous episode showed a slight slump but slowly managed to get back and is now at its second-highest rating.
'Ghost Doctor' Episode 13 Recap: Ko Seung Tak Gets Traumatized
The fantasy medical series continued with Ko Seung Tak and Cha Young Min failing to save the patient.
Since Professor Cha couldn't control the rookie doctor's body, Ko Seung Tak was left performing the surgery alone. Of course, he couldn't do it without Cha Young Min, causing the surgery to fail.

As they failed to survive the patient, this brought disappointment not only to Cha Young Min but also to Ko Seung Tak, prompting to avoid anyone he knew.
Unfortunately, even his mother couldn't locate his whereabouts and got worried that the failed surgery might bring back memories at the time when his father died.
Cha Young Min's Surgery Gets Canceled + Jang Se Jin Warns Han Seung Won
With Ko Seung Tak on lie low, the doctors, with the instruction of Han Seung Won, postponed the operation of Cha Young Min.
They noted that Dr. Ko should be beside Chief Bahn when he does Professor Cha's surgery.
Obviously, this surprised Jang Se Jin and was frustrated about Cha Young Min's health status.
Without batting an eyelash, Dr. Jang had the courage to confront Seung Won.
She questioned his motive and warned him not to mess with her or will expose him and her brother, Jang Min Ho's illegal activities inside the hospital.
Ko Seung Tak Founds Out Who Tess Is
Probably one of the highlights of "Ghost Doctor" episode 13 is Ko Seung Tak's connection with Tess.
In the latter part of the drama's thirteenth episode, the first-year medical intern witnessed a crisis outside the hospital.
He was stunned to see Chief Bahn save the patient's life by performing first aid.
However, with his special ability, he saw that it was not the senior doctor but Tess.
"Ghost Doctor" episode 13 shed light on his past and his connection with Eunsang University Medical center and Ko Seung Tak.
He was Chief Bahn's mentor and one of the hospital's top doctors who always valued the patient's life. Upon his death, he managed to save the life of Ko Seung Tak, who was then an eight-year-old.
