The latest episode started on a happy note after their glass-shattering video at the bakery had gone viral. It reached millions of views.

It came after the owner of the establishment shared the CCTV footage of the trio smashing her front door with bricks.

In the clip, she also mentioned their story as to why they did it. Netizens were touched and delighted by their friendship. However, Cha Mi Jo (Son Ye Jin,) Jang Joo Hee (Kim Ji Hyun,) and Jung Chan Young (Jeon Mi Do) were all embarrassed.

Cha Mi Jo Gets a Visit from a Strange Man

The next scene shifted from joy to fear after a strange man visited Cha Mi Jo's clinic.

He mentioned the name of her biological mother and about her debt. It turns out Mi Jo's real mom owes the man a huge amount of money and sends him to visit her daughter's workplace.

Mi Jo trembled in fear which baffled Kim Seon Woo (Yeon Woo Jin) and her sister Cha Mi Hyun (Kang Mal Geum.)

Before leaving, the man pointed out how Mi Jo got a lot of allies to cover for her and promised to return.

On the other hand, Mi Hyun knew something was up since it was her first time to see Mi Jo in great fear. She then confronted her two best friends and asked if there was going on with her sister.
