Yoon Si Yoon's 'It's Beautiful' Beats 'Gentleman and Lady' Viewership Rating
Nielsen Korea released a report showing the newest K-dramas on primetime that already received high viewership ratings.
First on the list is KBS' romance series "It's Beautiful Now," which premiered on April 2. The new weekend drama kicked off with an impressive rating of 24.5 percent, making it the most-watched show on any channel on Saturday!
"It's Beautiful Now" episode 1 earned higher ratings than KBS' previous series, "Gentleman and Lady," which recorded an average rating of 22.7 percent nationwide. It also occupied the same time slot.
Yoon Si Yoon and Bae Da Bin's drama follows the story of three brothers who try to avoid dating and marriage until their parents come up with a scheme that whoever can bring his wife first in the family will inherit the family's valuable apartment.
Meanwhile, MBC's fantasy series, "Tomorrow," starring Kim Hee Sun, Rowoon, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Yun Ji On, scored 3.4 percent nationwide, a drop of more than half with its second episode.
'Twenty Five, Twenty One and 'Forecasting Love and Weather' See Slight Dip
tvN's "Twenty Five, Twenty One" and JTBC's "Forecasting Love and Weather" saw a decrease in viewership ratings ahead of the finale.
Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri's series scored 9.6 percent nationwide. Despite that, the megahit drama remains No. 1 in its time slot across all channels.

Though TV Chosun's "Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) 3 recorded high ratings with each episode. The drama received lower ratings since last week. Its latest episode earned 8.6 percent nationwide.
Meanwhile, KBS' historical drama "The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won" slightly had an increase in viewership rating of 10.1 percent with its latest episode.
Furthermore, catch the finale episodes of "Twenty Five, Twenty One" and "Forecasting Love and Weather" this Sunday, April 3 on Netflix.
