Netflix Korea teases viewers with updates in the highly anticipated "Single's Inferno 2."

After announcing that the reality show will return, the streaming giant revealed that the upcoming season has officially geared up. Content manager Yoo Ki Hwan discusses Netflix's journey and its future vision in the entertainment scene.

Moreover, Netflix Korea updates viewers with their plans for the coming years, especially with upcoming variety shows set to be released. Besides hinting at what to expect in the coming year, the representative also revealed updates regarding "Single's Inferno 2."

During the conference, Netflix Korea's content manager Yoo Ki Hwan mentioned that "Single's Inferno 2" is currently in the production stage.

As obtained by a news portal, the representative revealed that the reality dating show "has recently been filmed" adding, "Editing is in progress to bring out the feelings of young men and women who are hotter than season 1," hinting that viewers will surely enjoy season 2.

To recall, the streaming giant confirmed on April 12 that the smash-hit reality dating show is officially getting a second season.

Netflix unveiled the surprise announcement on YouTube and Instagram featuring an intriguing tease for the upcoming season.

Dubbed as "the hottest inferno" the second season will have a "hotter, bolder, sexier, and wilder" comeback.

What to Expect in 'Single's Inferno 2'

At the time of the confirmation for "Single's Inferno 2," the officials have reportedly started recruiting participants through its official social media channels.

As noted by Netflix, producer Kim Jae Won revealed the process of looking for participants that will be the perfect fit for the upcoming season.

"We searched hashtags on social media #girlswhoworkout or #guyswhoworkout" the producer shared, adding that "there were also a lot of people who applied after seeing our recruitment posters."

In addition, producer Kim Jae Won also shared that some were from recommendations of friends of friends while others "reached out to PR teams in colleges and companies."

"Single's Inferno" is the first South Korean reality dating show released on Netflix.

It featured a total of 12 hot and dashing men and women who are trapped on a deserted island known as an "inferno."

The participants are given a chance to escape hell and experience heaven" island for a day, where it features comfortable and state-of-the-art accommodation and not to mention delicious food.

For "Single's Inferno" season 1, the cast includes YouTuber Song Ji Ah, Kim Hyeon Joong, An Yea Won, Choi Si Hun, Kang So Yeon, Moon Se Hoon, Seong Min Ji, Oh Jin Taek, Kim Jun Sik, Shin Ji Yeon, Kim Su Min, and Cha Hyun Seung.

On the other hand, while Netflix teases viewers with updates on season 2, the much-awaited premiere date is yet to be announced.
