Amid the record-breaking ratings, Song Joong Ki's drama "Reborn Rich" continues to gain huge praise from viewers.

Although the revenge drama series encountered mixed reactions from some, many viewers find the JTBC series a masterpiece work especially the unique storyline and the lineup of cast members.

"Reborn Rich" is based on the web novel "The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate," which centers around a loyal employee named Yoon Hyun Woo. Despite being devoted to the company and its family, he was betrayed and murdered.

However, he found himself reincarnated as one of the family members of the Soonyang Group.

Jin Do Joon, also portrayed by Song Joong Ki, is a third-generation chaebol and the youngest grandson of Soonyang founder, Jin Yang Chul, played by Lee Sung Min.

Joining as one of the lead stars in "Reborn Rich" is Shin Hyun Bin, who took the role of Soonyang Group's grim reaper, Prosecutor Seo Min Young.

As the drama is about to reach the first half of the season, an outlet cited the positive reaction of the viewers as they talk about the "Reborn Rich" cast.

Song Joong Ki's Great Choice of Dramas

Apart from the stellar cast, "Reborn Rich" is also lauded for its plot.

Despite being a novel-based series, the JTBC drama managed to show the viewers an entertaining K-drama featuring a "feeling of nostalgia that makes you miss the past."

"Reborn Rich" episode 7 is set to schedule on December 2 but was postponed due to a sports event.

With this, the upcoming episode of Song Joong Ki's drama is scheduled on December 3, via JTBC, Viki, and ViuTV.
