The Military Service Investigation Division of the Military Manpower Administration received a complaint involving the controversial actor Yoo Ah In.
The award-winning star, who is currently being investigated due to an allege habitual use of propofol is facing an accusation of receiving military service privileges.
Will Yoo Ah In's Military Exemption Get Reinvestigated?
In 2017, a media outlet released an exclusive report about Yoo Ah In's health stating that he is diagnosed with a bone tumor.
His agency then confirmed the diagnosis, adding that the tumor is benign.
Yoo Ah In's health issues also affected his military enlistment. Apart from the tumor, the award-winning star also injured his shoulder during the production of his film "Tough As Iron," and got worsened after filming "Veteran" with Hwang Jung Min.
At the time, some doubted his health issues and claimed that he is evading his enlistment.
However, in the same year, reports say authorities released the final verdict, noting that the actor was deemed unfit to be an active-duty soldier mainly because of his bone tumor.
