'Kokdu: Season of Deity' & 'Taxi Driver 2' Cancel Friday Broadcast For World Baseball Classic Game
On March 10, news outlets reported that ongoing K-dramas "Kokdu: Season of Deity" and "Taxi Driver 2" will cancel their Friday episodes to give way for South Korea's upcoming World Baseball Classic game to compete against Japan.
Viewers expect to watch the two series on March 11. MBC's "Kokdu: Season of Deity" will resume its broadcast at 9:50 p.m. on Saturday evening.
Similarly, SBS' "Taxi Driver 2" will air its new episode on March 11 at 10 p.m. (KST).
'Kokdu: Season of Deity' Episode 13 Preview
This fantasy-romance series features the life of a grim reaper, Kokdu (Kim Jung Hyun), who visits earth every 99 years to punish humans. He then meets Han Gye Jeol (Im Soo Hyang), who he believes has mysterious powers and plays a big role in his life.

After Han Gye Jeol discovers Kokdu's secret in Episode 12, she expresses her anger and demands to know his real identity. She tells him how he scares her now, leaving Kokdu heartbroken.
As Gye Jeol continues to walk away, he mentions Seol Hee again, but she says she doesn't know her.

'Taxi Driver 2' Consistent on Breaking Rating Records
"Taxi Driver 2" tells the story of a mysterious taxi service that delivers revenge on behalf of victims who were unable to get justice through the law.

In its previous episode, released on March 3, as per Nielsen Korea, the action-adventure drama achieved its highest viewership rating. Episode 5 scored an average rating of 14.7 percent nationwide, recording a new all-time high for the second season of the series.
Its stars Lee Je Hoon and Pyo Ye Jin are also consistent on ranking on the most buzzworthy actors list, based on Good Data's report.
In addition, "Taxi Driver 2" is named second as the most buzzworthy drama for the first week of March.
