The wait is finally over as Netflix's original military drama "D.P." starring Jung Hae In, Koo Kyo Hwan and more announced the release of its second season.

"D.P.," which was initially released in 2021, is among the fan-favorite works in multiple countries including South Korea, Brazil, Brunei and more.

The Netflix series returns with its newest installment this summer.

'D.P.' Season 2 To Premiere In July

Since its production announcement in 2021, fans couldn't hide their excitement for the second season of "D.P."

"There are still stories that need to be told. There are still parts that need to be resolved," Jung Hae In added. "Season 2 will deliver a deeper story that will surely hook the audiences."

In particular, the newly published poster takes viewers back to where Season 1 left off, hinting at the absurd occurrences and tragedies that are set to come.
