'Lies Hidden in My Garden' Episode 3 Recap

"Lies Hidden in my Garden" Episode 3 featured an interesting revelation that shed light on the connection between Moon Joo Ran and her husband, Park Jae Ho, and Choo Sang Eun and her deceased husband, Kim Yoon Beom.

The episode continued with Sang Eun mourning the death of Yoon Beom.

In a flashback, she asked her husband about a box that contained belongings from people who Yoon Beom blackmailed. For him, it is retribution justice that they deserve, and as a result, he gets to receive millions of dollars from the individuals.

Meanwhile, as Sang Eun met her brother-in-law, she is told that her late husband lost 200 million KRW in a scam. Due to this, she realized that her life of poverty had again been pushed to the brink.

"Lies Hidden in My Garden" episode 3 also featured an encounter between Moon Joo Ran and Choo Sang Eun.

She remembered Joo Ran after her late husband dropped off a package intended for Park Jae Ho. Joo Ran sensed that something was odd between her and the mysterious woman, Sang Eun, after she looked at her strangely.

At the funeral, she confronted Park Jae Ho, accusing him of killing her husband. That is because he is the last person that he is scheduled to meet up with before the police found his lifeless body at the port.

On the other hand, Moon Joo Ran finally had the courage to confront her husband. At this point, she believed that Park Jae Ho might be involved in the death of Kim Yoon Beom. However, he denied it and threatened his wife.

In the last scene, Choo Sang Eun found out that Kim Yoon Beom had five life insurance plans and might get more than 500 million KRW if it was proven that he didn't commit suicide.

This raised speculation that she would prove that it was Park Jae Ho who killed her husband.
