"The Worst of Evil" episode 4 continues the saga of Ji Chang Wook as an undercover agent who will go against Gangnam's biggest drug organization, led by Wi Ha Joon's character.
After the show's successful premiere, Disney+ delivered another heart-stopping episode, giving viewers reason to get hooked on every scene.
Headlined by Ji Chang Woo, Wi Ha Joon, and Im Se Mi, the trio gets involved in a twisted fate in terms of career and relationships.
Helmed by directors Park Geun Beom of "Girl on the Edge" and Han Dong Wook of "Man in Love," the action-packed K-drama "The Worst of Evil" focuses on the story of low-ranking police officer Park Joon Mo (Ji Chang Wook), who agreed to do a dangerous mission to get two rank promotion.
His mission is to infiltrate the biggest drug syndicate in Gangnam run by Jung Ki Chul (Wi Ha Joon). However, Joon Mo finds out that Ki Chul's first love was his wife, elite Narcotics Crime Officer Yoo Eui Jung (Im Se Mi).
'The Worst of Evil' Episode 4 Highlights
Viewers witnessed several notable scenes in "The Worst of Evil" episode 4, starting off with the continuation of Park Joon Mo's first task as Kwon Seung Ho.
Back in the previous episode, Seok Do Hyung and the police erased Park Joon Mo's profile and replaced him as Eui Jung's husband.
At this point, Eui Jung has informed Ki Chul that she and her husband were divorced, but her mother didn't know about her.
Backstory to this: the police wanted her to create a story that she is not connected to her husband to avoid any further complications with Joon Mo's cover.
Meanwhile, Park Joon Mo still gave his last respect to his mother-in-law despite not being inside.
As for Jung Ki Chul, he asked Joon Mo to help him become closer to Eui Jung, but deep inside, Joon Mo disliked the idea but had to get through it for the assignment.
In the last scene, a different group wanted to take revenge against Jung Ki Chul.
As the gang boss and Kwon Seung Ho were on the way to go fishing, they were attacked by the other group, who wanted to see Ki Chul dead.
