The KBS2 romance drama "Love Song For Illusion" starring Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji sees a slight rise in viewership scores after its sporadic ratings in the past week. It's also gearing up for its second half, which is set to dominate the month of love. Read to know more.

'Love Song For Illusion' Sees Rise In Ratings Ahead of Second Half

On January 29, the eighth episode of "Love Song For Illusion" was finally released, decorating the week with romance and intense passion for power.

Starring Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji, the drama follows the romance between a king with dual personalities and an assassin who falls for the king amid her plans to avenge her family.

In the previous weeks, the drama's ratings fluctuated, maintaining a 2% score for more than four episodes. To recall, the series debuted with a high score of 4.3%.

Thankfully, it saw a slight rise from its stagnant ratings and recorded an average score of 2.5%, enjoying a boost from its previous episode with a rating of 1.8%.

As it enters its second half, the "Love Song For Illusion" production unit hopes to receive more positive feedback from the public with the promise of more interesting and intense twists.

Here's What To Expect From 'Love Song For Illusion' Second Half

In the second half of "Love Song For Illusion," things are getting more and more complicated between Park Ji Hoon's Sajo Hyun and alter ego Ak Hee and Hong Ye Ji's Yeon Wol.

Previously, Ak Hee who couldn't accept defeat decides to leave Yeon Wol and promises to marry Geum Hwa, played by Ji Woo, while in Sajo Hyun's body.

Things are also becoming intense as Hwang Hee's Sajo Yung pushes through his plans on taking down Sajo Hyun and Yeon Wol in order to seize the throne.

The second half of "Love Song Illusion" is filled with intense brawls and silent strategical fights so make sure to tune in to the final eight episodes of the work.
