"You Who Is From The Stars" Kim Soo Hyun's super skills and secrets were released.
In two episodes, SBS Wednesday/Thursday drama "You Who Is From The Stars" (script Park Ji Eun, director Jang Tae Yoo) rated 18% as it showed the behind stories of how time was stopped.
The protagonist of "You Who Is From The Stars" Do Min Joon (played by Kim Soo Hyun) fell to Earth during the Chosun dynasty 404 years ago and has vision, hearing and all sense that is seven times more than others as he has superpowers. The staff of "You Who Is From The Stars" said that to show the superpowers of Do Min Joon, they used all sorts of filming techniques that isn't ordinarily used and is attracting the attention of viewers.
On the 2nd episode of "You Who Is From The Stars" broadcast on December 19th, the scene where superpowers are used to stop time was filmed using the technique used in "Matrix 3" for the first time in a Korean drama in HD. The method used in the SBS drama "To Beautiful You" was in an SD level but in "You Who Is From The Stars" is in HD. This method is the most effective to bring out a fantastical feeling transcending time and showed a scene with impact with 60 cameras and two second pauses.
Min Joon went around the markplace in lost time and started looking at the characters with interst and curiosity and this realistic scene helped viewers take in his superpowers without hesitation.
Other than this, the accident scene of Song Yi (played by Jun Ji Hyun) twelve years ago filed with a 4K (Ultra HD) showed a dreamy and mysterious vibe capturing viewers as if watching a moive.
Meanwhile, "You Who Is From The Stars" is broadcast at 10PM every Wednesday and Thursday.
