Officially premiered on March 19, 2024, Netflix dropped the first 4 episodes of the South Korean reality survival show, featuring new contestants battling death-defying quests to win the grand 300 million KRW cash prize or 220,000 USD.

After a year of waiting, fans can watch the 100 participants compete against one another for the title of having the ideal physique and a whopping cash prize.
Viewers can see the latest episode every Tuesday exclusively on Netflix.
Out of the nine episodes for the second season, episodes 1-4 are currently available on Netflix.
'Physical: 100 Season 2 - Underground' Episode 1 Recap: Hong Beom Seok Wins Pre-Quest
Like in the first season, the participants are welcomed by their bare torsos made of white plaster cast.
Inside a museum-like auditorium, the "Physical: 100 Season 2" cast met their fellow contestants.
The first participant who entered the room was national swimmer Jung You In, known for her massive physique.
She is followed by professional rugby player Andre Jin.
Interestingly, among the first few participants who grabbed attention was bodybuilder Kim Min Su, who showcased an incredible hulk-like physique.
Of course, the lineup wouldn't be complete without legends like "Mr. Ippon" and quadruple judo champion Lee Won Hee.
In addition to this, some felt threatened after seeing national boxer Kim Hyeong Kyu and professional soccer player Chong Te Se join the season.
Furthermore, under the "athletic celebrity" category was actor and "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" star Lee Jae Yoon, who stunned his competitors for having a solid rock physique.
The last participant introduced was MMA fighter Kim Dong Hyun.
Shortly after each and every participant was introduced, the 100 hopefuls got on with their first challenge.
For quest 0, considered the pre-quest, the challenge was divided into 3 parts where they must run on manual treadmills.
The first round would last for 10 minutes, and only 50 contestants with the highest total distance would join the next round.
The second round consisted of 7 minutes, during which 40 remaining contestants would be eliminated.
As for the final round, only 10 competitors would participate in the challenge.
For the pre-game, Hong Beom Seok, who joined Season 1, made it as the top contender, followed by Kim Jee Hyuk, Ku Sung Hoe, Amotti, Kang Ki Jun, Andre Jin, Chong Te-se, Park Woo Jin, Ha Moo Kyoung, and Kim Dong Hyun.
'Physical: 100 Season 2: Underground' Episode 2: Contenders Face the Death Match
The second episode showcased the participants' first quest, the one-on-one deathmatch. This meant that only 50 participants would be eliminated.
There were three arenas for the season. The first one, called Arena A, was a playground-themed one, similar to season 1. Arena B was the water-centric setting, while Arena C was similar to the MMA cage.
Being at the top of quest 0, Hong Beom Seok chose Golden Child member Jang Jun as his opponent.
At first, he thought that he had more advantages than the K-pop idol, but he was surprised because he was much stronger than he thought.
Despite the struggle, Hong Beom Seok managed to win the game.
