Ahead of its long anticipated premiere, fans are given a glimpse into the brand new Netflix series "Parasyte: The Grey" after Jeon So Nee got candid about her upcoming work.

She dished on her filming experiences and struggles on the set of the series, and also revealed her honest thoughts on co-star Koo Kyo Hwan.

Jeon So Nee Shares Affection For 'Parasyte: The Grey'

Jeon So Nee dished on what to expect from the upcoming Netflix series "Parasyte: The Grey" ahead of its premiere.

On March 25, the actress made a special guest appearance in an MBC radio show called "Noon Hope Song" to promote her newest acting project.

"Parasyte: The Grey" captures the struggles of humans who become hosts to unknown parasitical life-forms that came to invade not only the hosts' bodies but also the Earth.

Although it was based on the Japanese comic of the same name, Jeon So Nee emphasized that the work showcases an entirely different story.

"Since it's set in South Korea, it will deliver a new story," Jeon So Nee explained. "Each country has different cultures. The series will give a bigger picture with South Korea in the center."

In addition to that, the actress also chose the amazing CGI (computer-generated imagery) that was used in the series as one of the factors to look forward to in "Parasyte: The Grey."

She reasoned, "I filmed with nothing next to me because it was all CGI. It was mentally exhausting more than physically since all eyes were on me. I hope the viewers will love the outcome."

Jeon So Nee Fangirls Over Koo Kyo Hwan

Jeon So Nee also revealed that working with Koo Kyo Hwan was both an honor and a dream come true.

According to the actress, she watched a lot of movies that Koo Kyo Hwan both directed and starred in, confessing that she's a huge fan of the Hallyu superstar.

"I really enjoyed acting with my senior," Jeon So Nee said. "He guided me and pushed me to do well that I didn't know I could do myself. I'm truly grateful."

Are you ready for the series? Make sure to catch Jeon So Nee and Koo Kyo Hwan's "Parasyte: The Grey" this April 5 on Netflix.
