Baeksang Arts Awards 2024 is among the trending topics on X, formerly Twitter, as netizens tuned in to the much-anticipated ceremony. Interestingly, among the scenes that struck the attention of fans was the interaction between top stars Song Joong Ki and Kim Seon Ho.

Various celebrities decorated the 2024 Baeksang Arts Awards red carpet with their dashing and glam looks. But the public was, as expected, delighted to see an unexpected action between two South Korean hearthrobs.

Before the start of the ceremony's main event, Song Joong Ki, clad in his black tuxedo, was spotted having a delightful moment with fellow heartthrob Kim Seon Ho, who was in a white and black ensemble.

At one point, the "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" star greeted Song Joong Ki with a hug, while the "Vincenzo" star tapped him on his back.

This precious moment was caught on camera and caused a frenzy among K-drama fans.

On social media, fans couldn't help but gush over the duo's interaction, with some suggesting that Song Joong Ki and Kim Seon Ho deserve to headline a K-drama together.

Meanwhile, others seemed curious about the two actors' friendship.

This is not the first time that the two top stars were spotted having a warm exchange at a ceremony.

During the 44th Blue Dragon Film Awards, Kim Seon Ho and Song Joong Ki shared the stage together as they accepted an award.

Hosted by Kim Hye Soo and Yoo Yeon Seok, they joined fellow winners on stage to accept the Chung Jung Won Popular Star Award along with Park Bo Young ("Concrete Utopia") and Jo In Sung ("Smugglers").

At the time, Song Joong Ki represented the movie "Hopeless," while Kim Seon Ho was nominated for his big screen debut, "The Childe."

Hosted by the trio, comedian Shin Dong Yup and actors Bae Suzy and Park Bo Gum, stars gathered on May 7 for the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards.

Broadcast live simultaneously on JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4, as well as the streaming platforms Tving and Prizm, a slew of stars were spotted looking dashing and sleek on the red carpet.

"My Dearest" stars Namgoong Min and Ahn Eun Jin attended the ceremony, as did the cast of "A Bloody Lucky Day," featuring Yoo Yeon Seok and Lee Jung Eun.

Namgoong Min won the Best Actor for TV, while Honey Lee snagged the Best Actress trophy for the same category.

"Queen of Tears" star Kim Soo Hyun also thrilled the fans with his presence at the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards.
