Park Min Young's drama "Marry My Husband" continues to attract global viewers despite the romantasy series ending in February.

The 16-episode tvN K-drama became one of the most talked-about series in the first half of 2024. But despite saying goodbye in February, "Marry My Husband" continues to take over the global scene.

In a report, "Marry My Husband" has maintained its lead in Amazon Prime's Global TV shows weekly rankings.

For 18 weeks since the K-drama made its official premiere on January 1, 2024, the Park Min Young-led series has secured its standing in the Top 10 rankings.

According to Flix Patrol, "Marry My Husband" remains in the Top 5 in the global TV show chart as of May 7.

In addition to this, the South Korean series entered the Top 10 chart in various countries, which include Malaysia, Nicaragua, Peru, the Philippines, Spain, Thailand, Argentina, and more.

Besides securing a spot in Amazon Prime's Top 10 TV shows, "Marry My Husband" also scored 8.3 on IMDb, with most of the viewers praising the drama for its unique plot and amazing cast lineup.

Viewers were also praising Park Min Young's portrayal of the revenge-driven Kang Ji Won as well as the drama's lead stars, Na In Woo, Lee Yi Kyung, Song Ha Yoon, and Lee Gi Kwang.

Others even mentioned that tvN releasing "Marry My Husband" was a "great show to start the year."

'Marry My Husband' Season 2: Is Sequel Possible for Park Min Young's Drama?

Based on the web novel of the same name, "Marry My Husband" depicts the journey of revenge-driven Kang Ji Won, whose husband Park Min Hwan (Lee Yi Kyung) cheats on her and with her best friend Jung Soo Min (Song Ha Yoon).

She is then given a second shot at life, and uses this by getting back at the people who wronged her.

Amid her revenge, she teams up with her company's CEO, Yoo Ji Hyuk (Na In Woo).

As the rom-com K-drama successfully wrapped up, viewers are wondering about the show's possible sequel. Fans believe that there will be "Marry My Husband" Season 2 because the finale episode concluded with an open ending.

To recall, "Marry My Husband" Episode 16 featured the married lives of Kang Ji Won and Yoo Ji Hyuk with their little family.

If Season 2 materializes, viewers belief that the focus will be Ji Won's family life.
