As they entertain us with their portrayal of Bok Gwi Ju and Bok Ina in the weekend series "The Atypical Family," Jang Ki Yong and Park So Yi delighted fans with their stylish and fun photoshoot for Dazed's June 2024 issue.

Through the drama, Jang Ki Yong and Park So Yi are capturing the viewers' hearts for their roles as a father and daughter with supernatural powers. The heartthrob takes the character of Bok Gwi Ju, who lost his time-slip abilities due to depression, while the young star plays as Bok Ina, the youngest family member, who can read minds by looking into people's eyes.

In their collaboration with Dazed, the actor shared his thoughts:

"I did a lot of photoshoots before, but today's felt different. The concept was unique, and it is something I would like to revisit in the future."

Reflecting on his first time playing a father, the lead actor said:

"While filming, looking into Park So Yi's eyes and delivering lines gave me a certain energy. She has a unique power in that regard."

Park So Yi, on the other hand, also shared her experience being Jang Ki Yong's on-screen daughter

"If our characters were closer in the series, we would have had even better chemistry."

She also expressed her enjoyment portraying Bok Ina:

"I loved getting to wear a school uniform sooner. It was fun to immerse myself in new stories and characters."

Jang Ki Yong also uploaded some of the pictorial shots on his Instagram and immediately received love from his followers and the drama's fans.
