On June 22, popular actor Lee Je Hoon, known for his roles in various films and dramas, shared a surprising and memorable experience from his past part-time job on the YouTube show "Pinggyego."

Alongside actor Koo Kyo Hwan, the two stars joined hosts Yu Jae Seok and Ji Suk-jin in a candid conversation about their early work experiences.

Reflecting on his pre-debut days, Koo Kyo Hwan recounted his diverse range of part-time jobs, including working at a bookstore, noraebang (singing room), sushi restaurant, and even distributing flyers at a performance hall in Incheon.

"I've worked at a bookstore, noraebang (singing room) and sushi restaurant. I also handed out flyers at a performance hall in Incheon for four days. Surprisingly, the pay was good, and I had a lot of fun during those four days. It wasn't too demanding, and I could slack off a bit during performances."

He mentioned the enjoyable aspects of these roles, highlighting the decent pay and the fun he had during his short stint at the performance hall.

Lee Je Hoon shared a more challenging experience from his high school days when he worked at a Korean barbecue restaurant.

"The toughest part-time job I had was at a Korean barbecue restaurant during high school. I grilled beef, cut it for customers, cleaned up leftovers and moved the grills. It was then that I realized how hard it is to earn money. But the most delicious meat I ever had was the leftover meat from customers. After they left, I would eat the scraps while cleaning up. Of course, I did that when nobody was looking. Seriously though, I still can't forget that. Despite the exhaustion and back pain from work, eating that leftover meat felt like heaven. It tasted so good!"

In a lighthearted exchange, Ji Suk-jin humorously questioned Yu Jae Seok about his part-time work history. Yu Jae Seok amusingly disclosed a brief stint at a pub, where his efforts fell short of the owner's expectations.

Despite his best attempts, the owner redirected him to prioritize his studies, leading to laughter among the show's participants.
