Popular actress and voice actress Seo Yu Ri recently made headlines as she exposed her ex-husband, producer Choi Byung Gil, for an unthinkable demand.

In a candid revelation on social media, Seo Yu Ri detailed a heart-wrenching story of betrayal that shook fans and drew attention to the complexities of relationships in the spotlight.

"It was winter. A couple who weren't on good terms lived together. They were more like housemates than a married couple. Then, the wife got sick. She could die soon if she didn't have surgery.

The doctor said she might not be able to have kids if she does surgery, so she said let's have a child before surgery."

The actress further disclosed that despite her situation she still want to have a child.

"I asked my husband, 'I want to have a child. I have frozen eggs, so let's have a child first.' But he said, 'No. If you want a child, go out and have one with someone else.'

Is this betrayal? It's times like this that you feel betrayed. If you just stayed silent, I would have just stayed silent, too. What's the reason for scratching my weakness when you know my personality? I am strong against the strong and weak against the weak."

The revelation left many shocked and questioning the dynamics of their relationship.

Choi Byung Gil, in response to the allegations, denied the claims, adding confusion to an already tangled narrative of love and loss.

"I don't remember saying that. I don't understand why she is going this far about it."
