Episode 7 of "No Gain, No Love" left social media discussing the main character's "words of wisdom." Apparently, Ji Uk's heart-to-heart has charmed the viewers. "And you know, my body and mind are one, and my body is where my mind is," he exclaims during an intimate talk with Son Hae-yeong.

Such words have become significant for a number of fans of the series. After watching Episode 7, Reddit user k16d28 in the subreddit r/KDRAMA wrote that it was "too cute."

In turn, another fan, Pretty-Maize-1531, wanted to know what Ji meant in using such allegorical wording. Artheusa suggested that with this he meant a close emotional connection.

"He jangles the house keys after that too, which I thought was a nod to the saying 'home is where the heart is,'" summed up the user. Fans also speculated what Ji Uk feels for the girl.

Crafty_Treat7810 suggested, "It seems like he's saying he likes her but still trying to not make it so obvious." User k16d28 agreed.

According to her, this is apparent by what Ji Uk does and does not say. He continued to pretend that he had a relationship with the girl, as the first fan of the show points out. After watching further developments of the relationships of the main character of the series, k16d28 concluded, "He seems to like her in his way."

The show touches on the theme of romance, leaving people discussing it. I broke up with my boyfriend recently, and Ji is comforting. "Good men might exist in fiction...," concluded Honest-Selection4343.

It is amazing how emotionally Ji Uk has brought us together. His words take center stage as the show delves into the topic of love. Very few can remain indifferent to it.

With the release of each new episode, more and more viewers share their opinions. Kim Jung-shik's Episode 7 opens on Ji-uk, Hae-yeong, and their friend, An U-jae, who have woken up after a night of heavy drinking to find themselves in an unexpected situation.

It is ridiculous for Hae-yeong to have woken up between her husband and a friend for whom she has at best ambivalent feelings, with remnants of the previous evening's discussion fresh in her mind.

Episode 7 is a light-hearted comedy, and Hae-yeong's shock upon her initial awakening sets the mood for the piece. Over time, events escalate in the office, and Hae -yeong is told that Ji-uk is being transferred to a new team in U-jae's who will supervise him.

The sense of being trapped sheds light on other characters' feelings. It opens up the possibility of looking deeper into their inner demons. The main characters go to a coffee shop the girls often visit.

While discussing Hae-yeong's mask of being a perfect wife, her husband, who is already upset, tells her that if she did not want this marriage, she could have easily gotten a divorce.

He believes she has fifteen thousand accusations, so she should just express it. U-jae overhears this and feels worried.

Later on, the main character decides to organize a housewarming banquet to show a fairy-tale, happy household to her friends. It is at this banquet that she realizes her mistakes. She's causing her husband to slow his pace.

Hae-yeong tells Ji-uk that if he chooses, he can look for someone else to build a relationship. Towards the end of the meeting on the roof of the girl's house, Ji-uk makes the first move, and Min-ah and Young-dae perform this scene beautifully.

This results in another sea of emotions and audience confusion in a good way. The critical process of transforming the characters from superficial figures under a contract to deeper ones with complex emotion remains appealing for the audience.

Episode 7 can be regarded as one of the most well-balanced and best-paced episode. It will be interesting to observe how Ji-uk and Hae-yeong feel about their relationships in the next episodes.

"No Gain, No Love" is on every Monday and Tuesday at 5:30 PM IST on Amazon Prime Video.
