A behind-the-scenes look at the MBC drama "When The Phone Rings" piqued the curiosity of fans by featuring a light unscripted exchange between stars Yoo Yeon Seok and Chae Soo Bin.
On December 4, the official YouTube channel for the drama released a video with a segment entitled "[When The Phone Rings Making], Yoo Yeon Seok & Chae Soo Bin's Special Chemistry," which showcases the pair's cute exchanges during the filming.
In one of the scenes, Yoo Yeon Seok (Baek Sa-eon) finds himself in a bed scene with Chae Soo Bin (Hong Hee-joo), who unexpectedly pulls his pillow away, leading to laughter on set.

During playback, the crew watched intently as both actors shared a candid smile, with Yoo Yeon Seok ad-libbing a gesture of covering Chae Soo Bin with a blanket—an impromptu move that was not in the script.
It also shows the pair interacting while they work on different scenes throughout the movie.
Yoo Yeon Seok, too, showcases more comedic flair in another segment in the hotel scene where he engages with room service, in a way that creates a humorous juxtaposition to his character's typically stoic nature.
"When The Phone Rings" is a romantic thriller about presidential office spokesperson Baek Sa-eon and sign language interpreter Hong Hee-joo who, despite looking like the perfect couple on the outside, have problems with their love and communication.
But when a threatening phone call interrupts their relationship, they were forced to confront their true feelings..
MBC's already announced non-air dates on December 14 and 20 as a documentary on Korean Nobel Prize winner for literature, Han Kang, will be airing, followed by a special "When The Phone Rings" binge-watch of the first 7 episodes.
