Model Moon Gabi has revealed she has not seen her child's father, actor Jung Woo-sung, in over a year, leading some to wonder about his recent pledge to fully care for their son.
A month after announcing her pregnancy, Moon reflected on her own situation in a message on her personal account on December 28.
Last month was a tough decision, but I had it in me to shake the days off that have passed and rise once more as a mother of a child, she said.
Despite the closeness they had all these years since they met in 2022, Moon disclosed that they suddenly stopped contacting each other in January 2024.

"The father of my child has never met me since then (from that day)," her post read. She was quick to clarify that neither a proposal for marriage nor a request for information on her pregnancy was made.
In the message, Moon said, "I chose to meet this child with a commitment to sacrifice the rest of my life (for this child)."
She stood her ground, saying her baby isn't a mistake, and she wished that no one else would spread lies and rumors about herself or her baby.
This has now refocused attention on Jung Woo Sung, who offered an apology for causing "concern and disappointment" at the Blue Dragon Film Awards on December 29., stating, "I will accept full responsibility for my actions. As a father, I am going to fulfill my responsibility towards my son till the last."
But Moon's comments of late imply Jung wasn't there for the March birth of their child. Such a difference has made many wonder whether he will still take the public blame as the man in charge.
