Actress Suh Ji Hye will be showing a different character through "Lady" that she had not shown.

The production presentation of the new JTBC daily drama "Lady" (script Ho Young Ok, director Han Chul Soo) was held on January 7th at Seoul Joong Goo Sunhwadong Hoam Art Hall with Suh Ji Hye, Park Jung Ah, Hyun Woo Sung, Jung Sung Woon, Lee Shi Un, Han Ye Won, Ryu Tae Joon, and Yoon Ji Min.

Suh Ji Hye said, "After finishing a daily drama in KBS, I've come back after a year. I went traveling a lot while resting and the gap was huge" and told what she had been doing.

In "Lady", Suh Ji Hye plays the role of a confident woman Yoon Shin Ae who had a lot of compassion and knows herself. She grows up as the daughter of a housekeeper who serves the heiress Mina (played by Park Jung Ah)'s house and gives up college to start working.

Yoon Shin Ah becomes the daughter-in-law of a cosmetics company and due to an accident, her in-laws die as she inherits a lot of inheritance. However, with the great among out money, Shin Ae gets involved in a whirlwind and gets the help of her rival Mina as she learns what it means to be a true 'lady' and matures.

In the role, Shin Ae could be considered similar to a typical Candy character. At this, Suh Ji Hye said, "I think I've also shown a strong character that is bright and happy despite a struggling environment. In "Lady", I'll be able to show you different sides as Shin Ae becomes a lady."

Moreover, "I've had many roles as a bright and strong Candy but there's a twist here. I've been determined about a new look and acting" as she reflected.

Lady" is about the friendship and love of two women who have the common element that they are high school classmates but are living different lives and personalities as one is a housekeeper's daughter and another is an heiress.

Suh Ji Hye, Park Jung Ah, Hyun Woo Jung, Jung Sung Woon and Jang Mi Hee are present.

It will be aired at 8:15PM on January 13th for the first time.
