"The Lone Survivor" movie reviews are in and it seems that critics like the movie very much as "The Lone Survivor" got pretty much high scores across the board in its reviews.

"The Lone Survivor" is no doubt a blockbuster with its gross putting it over Disney's "Frozen" and "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug" ending the reign of those two movies atop the charts.

It look like critics have some good words for Peter Berg's military action movie "The Lone Survivor" as it has gotten a lot of reviews since it was released on theaters and most of it are good.

Here are some of the words said by those critics in their "The Lone Survivor" movie review.

Bob Bloom of Journal and Courier gave the film a score of 3.5/4 saying "In its quieter moments, the movie aptly displays the bond of brotherhood that unites the SEALS, as they tease, chide, encourage and protect each other. "

Rebecca Murray of About.com's "The Lone Survivor" movie review says that "It doesn't matter whether you are for or against military involvement in Afghanistan; this is a film that captures the bond between those who serve." And she gave a score of "A-"

Kevin Carr of 7M Pictures said "Berg doesn't seem to have made the film as a piece of propaganda. He made the film to celebrate American heroes who put their lives on the line, and suffer the consequences." And gave the "The Lone Survivor" a score of 3.5/5

Talking about the action sequences of "The Lone Survivor", Rob Carnevale of The List had this to say "Berg's direction is super intense, especially during the prolonged fire-fights in the mountains - sequences which will likely leave viewers feeling as bruised, breathless and scared as the soldiers themselves."

Talking about the acting of lead actor Mark Wahlberg, Michael Phillips of the Chicago Tribune said "Wahlberg remains one of our most reliable and least actorly of movie stars, innately macho but vulnerable enough to seem like a human being caught in an inhuman situation."

With this much good press and the box office numbers to back it up, those who haven't watched the film should do so and watch "The Lone Survivor"
