Miley Cyrus has some choice words for Justin Bieber and her haters during her recent interview on the "Tonight Show" with Jay Leno!

Miley Cyrus appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno recently and during the interview, Jay Leno asked her about Justin Bieber's recent troubles with the law. Miley Cyrus said what a lot of people have been thinking.

She said Justin Beiber has a lot of money and that he should pay people to keep him from getting into trouble. "Party at your house, Buy a house, and add a club to it," Miley Cyrus said while the audience erupts in cheers and laughter.

Aside from the legal advice Miley Cyrus gave to Justin Bieber she subtly responded to her haters noting she's seen compilations of celebrity mug shots online, she points out that for all the scandalous headlines she reminds everyone, "I don't see a Miley mug shot yet!"

"I get the most flack of anybody," she said. "I'm not doing anything illegal. I'm doing a lot of shit, but I'm not doing anything illegal. Everything I do is legal in California."

This is not the first time Miley Cyrus has given Justin Bieber advice. She told Rolling Stone, "I do mentor him in a way. Because I've been doing this s- for a long time, and I already transitioned [to being an entertainer for adults], and I don't think he's quite done it yet....He's trying really hard. People don't take him seriously, but he really can play the drums, he really can play guitar, he really can sing....I tell him that. Like, 'You don't want to become a joke. When you go out, don't start s-. Don't come in shirtless.' But the thing is I think boys are, like, seven years behind. So in his head, he's really, like, 12."
