Samsung Galaxy S5 Rumors are blowing steam as a release nears.
As the release date appears, rumors hint at a whopping 21 megapixel camera that may turn the heads of photo enthusiasts. The smartphone camera has been under intense scrutiny after professional photographers claim to take their smartphones and iPhones along to get shots at split timing.

The 21 megapixel is something to write home about and certainly outperforms other handsets in the same price range. A photo taken by the Samsung Galaxy S5 was touted to be 5312 × 2988 pixels. You will need a lot of storage for that but it might still be worth it.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is rumored to have a 4:3 sensor. However, if rumors predict that the S5 has a 16:9 sensor, the camera is likely to be 16 megapixels. Why the big deal about adding pixels into a small screen smartphone? Well the screens are getting bigger to classify as phablets.

Samsung Galaxy S5 rumor chatters suggest that it will house a 2,560x1,440-pixel AMOLED display.

While the SM-G900 features described above is likely targeted for Samsung's global market, a model number with SM-G900H was spotted for registration in Indonesia. This might be the Asian counterpart to the G900.

Samsung Galaxy S5 rumors suggest that the specs and features are put together with a QHD display on 2K res. Samsung might finally get rid of the plastic and go for a full metal finish on the Samsung Galaxy S5. Apart from just an esthetic judgement, the S5 stands a better chance of competing with the highly anticipate iPhone 6.

CNET reported that the Samsung Galaxy S5 release will be announced in March or April. Other reports confirm a date earlier than this, since Samsung will want to steal the show ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2014.
