Paula Patton News Update: The actress isn't fretting at home over her breakup to husband Robin Thicke.
According to Yahoo Celebrity, the newly separated star arrived at LAX Wednesday morning from Vancouver, where she is shooting her new film, "Warcraft." The actress, sporting a faux fur black vest, jeans, and oversized sunglasses, was not wearing her wedding ring as she flashed a big smile and seemed cheerful for photographers.
Thicke, 36, and Patton, 38, are high school sweethearts who met in Los Angeles when Thicke was just 14 and Patton, 16. They married in 2005 and had their only child, son Julian Fuego, in April 2010.
Robin Thicke had a stepped forward last year with the hit Blurred Lines, which was nominated for several Grammy Awards. Patton has performed in the films Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, Idlewild and Precious. The actress also appeared in Thicke's music videos including Lost Without U and Love After War. She's been on the cover of his 2003 debut, A Beautiful World.
ENews reported that the last public appearance of the couple together was just weeks ago at the Grammy Award, where Thicke performed and Patton attracted all sorts of attention for her dramatic zebra-striped dress.
According to Mail Online, Thicke has been caught in series of bad situation after his song Blurred Lines became a breakout hit in July 2013.
After his performance with Miley Cyrus who twerked in his face during the MTV Music Video Awards, he was caught with his hand on socialite Lana Scolaro's behind. The image was caught in a reflection of the mirror behind the married star as he smiled for the photo.
According to Daily Mail, Thicke canceled a performance at Universal Studios, claiming he was having problems with his voice. He said: "I never want to let down my fans, but I have unfortunately lost my voice and cannot perform. I have been looking forward to going to Universal Studios in Orlando and am very sorry that my concert there (Saturday) night now has to be canceled. I apologize to everyone."
Meanwhile, Patton has spent time this month in Vancouver shooting her latest film, Warcraft. She was seen there recently going to a spa for a facial.
Yahoo News reported that the singer was spotted at Disneyland on Sunday with his son, but Patton was nowhere to be seen. According to the report, there is no immediate word on divorce plan.
A source told "The Insider", "Robin loves Julian fiercely and didn't care about losing the $500,000 [as a result of] canceling [his show] to be with his son."
Thicke is scheduled to resume his tour on Tuesday in North Carolina.
