On a recent episode of MBC Radio Star CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa tried to clear up some of the dating rumors that link him with former co-star Park Shin Hye and his former "We Got Married" partner Seohyun of Girls Generation.

Fans of both couples keep hoping that they will date in real life, but he says that hasn't happened. It's not that he doesn't like Park Shin Hye or Seohyun. He remained friends with both of them but he insists he has never dated either of them.

The Radio Star emcees asked Jung Yong Hwa if it was true that he lived in the same villa with Seohyun. He was also asked about a rumor that he was seen getting into the Girls Generation van.

The singer and star of "Future's Choice," clarified the rumors saying that he and Seohyun did live in the same villa community but in different buildings.

"We are really not dating," he said.

It's true he did get into the Girls Generation van, he said, but it was an honest mistake. The license plate numbers were so close he thought he was getting into the CNBLUE van. The minute he got in, he realized his mistake.

The host of the show then made a joke about them having couples licenses.

When asked if Seohyun was the type of girl he liked, the singer-actor did admit to reacting positively to her, but said he was also just trying his best for the show.

And what about Park Shin Hye, his former co-star in "You're Beautiful" and "Heartstrings?"

He continues to insist that the two are just friends.

"She comes to our concerts a lot," he said.

At one concert she was seen talking to his mother and that sparked rumors.

"She and my mother spoke so people started to think she was close with my parents," he said. 'I am close with Park Shin Hye but those rumors make it difficult to spend time with her."

The potential for starting more rumors was one of the reasons he chose to do "Future's Choice" with Yoon Eun Hye," rather than playing the role of Choi Young Do that Kim Woo Bin took in "The Heirs."

He has no regrets for turning the role down even though "The Heirs" was a ratings hit and "Future's Choice" did not do so well. He admits that he did not even watch all of "The Heirs" because of his busy filming schedule.

However much he dismisses the idea of dating Park Shin Hye, many of his fans will still think they are a couple that is meant to be.
