Kate Upton Scandal: Topless Photos Fake? ‘Sports Illustrated’ Model Threaten To Sue Website For “Doctored” Pictures!

Kate Upton, everyone's favorite voluptuous model who is always featured on the "sexiest" list, does the "testosterone" population favors by leaving little to their imagination.

But celebrity website, Celeb Jihad still doesn't think it's enough.

TMZ reports that the website allegedly photoshopped photos of Upton from her latest Sports Illustrated photo shoot and uploaded it under the headline: "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014."

The photo was obviously fake, but that didn't' sit well with the 24-year old model that her legal team immediately sent a letter threatening to charge legal action against Celeb Jihad if they did not take the fake pictures down immediately.

TMZ.com revealed that the Kate Upton scandal pictures do not only show her bare breasts, but were also airbrushed, subjecting it to trademark infringement violation.

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue featured Kate wearing a gold bikini floating in air inside the Zero-G chamber, a specially-equipped Boeing-727 that simulates zero gravity in flight, according to Page Six.

Kate Upton's photo shoot was in sync with the celebration of Sports Illustrated magazine's 50th anniversary Swimsuit Issue. History was being made as it is the publication that launched her career when she was placed in the cover in 2012.

Celeb Jihad called the Sports Illustrated photo-shoot "boring" and "horrible" in their website.

This isn't the first time this website was sued for doctoring images of celebrities.

In 2011, a photo of a blonde, topless woman in bed in her blue underwear was uploaded on the tabloid site with the headline, "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?"

This prompted Swift to threaten to sue the site just like what Upton did, demanding the photo to be removed.

TMZ reported that Swift denied the picture and explained she was wrongly identified.

Kate Upton's legal team reportedly are planning to sue for wrong identification and trademark infringement if the website did not conform.
