Who would have thought that a video showcasing 20 people making-out becomes a viral hit on YouTube. And as it turns out this was a commercial ad set-up by Wren Studios, a women's wear brand.

Tatia Pilieva's "First Kiss" video became a phenomenal hit for viewers as the video reached 24,106,130 views. The concept the First Kiss video is pretty much simple 20 people meeting each other and making-out for about 3-and-a-half-minutes.

Sure they may be strangers but they are actually professional actors, musicians, models of varying ages and pairings. They start-off introducing themselves in different pairs which would make them feel awkward. Then a voice tells them to kiss but wants to take their time and each couple takes its own approach to the encounter along with a song "We Might Be Dead Tomorrow" by Soko.

According to Wren Studio's founder and creative director Melissa Coker, the First Kiss video is part of Style.com's video fashionweek instead of staging a traditional Fashion Week presentation.

"We make these fashion films every season, I strive to make them an interesting film that exists on its own rather than something that feels like a commercial, and it seems to be touching people - not only people who are in fashion and would see this, but also random guys who aren't connected at all. I've had random guys texting me, 'I saw your video, it's - and I'm probably not saying this right - on the cover of Reddit."

Not bad for an amateur filmmaker, Pilieva's intimacy experiment seems to have done wonders to hit a collective nerve to viewers as streams of Twitter tweets, with the majority twitting the video before becoming a commercial called it "a must watch", "adorable", "awkward and sweet" and so on.

Talk about your an unexpected achievement of a life time.
