X-Men Days of Furture Past

We have featured different X-Men Days of Future Past spoilers, and this time Nicholas Hoult will reveal more exciting news about your favorite Marvel movie. Aside from talking about the new franchise of X-Men, the "Jack the Giant Slayer" star also takes us behind the scene as he discusses how he prepared for the movie - from weight gain to enduring long hours of makeup.

The 24-year old actor has definitely come a long way - from a promising child star in About A Boy to a screen heartthrob in Warm Bodies. Now, the Brit star returns in the new installment of the mutant superhero flick.

Ryan Lambie of Den of Geek joins other press people in a group interview with Nicholas Hoult. Here are some X-Men Days of Future Past spoilers that were revealed by the Beast himself:

Lambie: The beast character seems a little bit more human than he was in the last film, is that right?

Hoult: The Beast look is different, yes. It's a different makeup team this time around, and Bryan wanted a slightly different thing. I've only been in it for a couple of days so far, but it's good having two very different characters to play.

Lambie: How long does it take for the makeup?

Hoult: About 3-½ hours. We just kind of chat, me and the makeup guys. We sit there and we talk and listen to music.

Lambie: How did you prepare for the physical scenes?

Hoult: I dropped a load of weight for Mad Max [Fury Road] so I was really skinny. So I ate a lot, and then, when you're in the Beast costume, it restricts your movement a little bit. So you have to train to be strong enough to move around in that. Apart from that, I had a brilliant stunt guy ad gymnast, and he makes me look very cool.

Lambie: Did you have a connection to the comic books before coming on board? Did you dream of playing Beast?

Hoult: I grew up watching the X-Men cartoon. And Beast was always my favorite character to watch, so yeah, it was brilliant to get the chance to play him. I was lucky enough the first time, but to come back into it with Bryan directing as well - I'm getting on really well with him, and he just loves the X-Men universe, really cares about it, and has some great ideas.

I hope you enjoyed that short interview with Nicholas Hoult. We will continue to update all mutant fans with more X-Men Days of Future Past spoilers.
