Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. News: Season 1 Finale Date Revealed And Photos Of 'Deathlok' In 'End Of The Beginning' Episode!

A date for the season 1 finale of the ABC's superhero spy show Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been set and Agent Coulson's team will have to deal with "Deathok" in the latest episode before the finale.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set to return with a new episode on April 1, but release date for the season 1 finale has been revealed, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 1 will end on the 13 of May. Good news is there won't be any more breaks for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as the episode titled End of the Beginning" on April 1st thanks to a tweet from Agent Coulson himself, Clark Gregg.

In the End of the Beginning, Agent Coulson and his team are now on the assault in stopping the show primary antagonist group the Clairvoyant, but the enemy has sent their new weapon to stop them, Deathlok. Deathlok (J. August Richards) returns to stop the agents from reaching his masters. Several photos of Deathlok were revealed courtesy of Marvel were shown below. Deathlok was present in the Pilot episode of the show season and ever since then he has been transformed into a cyborg soldier controlled by the Clairvoyant and will stop Coulson's team by any means necessary.

With the season 1 finale closing on May, there are still some unanswered questions within the show like what is the reason Agent Coulson was revived by Nick Fury, who is the leader of the Clairvoyant, the alien that saved Skye's life, and Agent May's questionable loyalty revealed? Marvel fans will hope to see these questions answered as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will return of April on ABC.
