Fox's Batman prequel series Gotham has some new photos of two characters of the show: the future commissioner of Gotham City, James Gordon played by Ben McKenzie, and Oswald Cobblepot, who we might know as the future villain Penguin played by Robin Lord Taylor

We've already seen some of the behind-the-scenes photos of Gotham series that gets fans a peek of Ben McKenzie character James Gordon in action and Robin Lord Taylor's Penguin reading a newspaper highlighting the capture of Joe Chill, the murderer of Bruce Wayne's parents.

The photos were uploaded in the official Tumblr page of Gotham series alongside Alfred Pennyworth and Selina Kyle a.k.a. the future Catwoman.

James Gordon

One of Batman's most trusted allies, James Gordon in the series is young rookie detective working for the Gotham City Police Department's Homicide Squad, under the command of Captain Sarah Essen ( Zabryna Guevara) alongside his partner Harvely Bullock ( Donal Logue). The character was describe as idealistic and the show will explores his early days in Gotham City that would likely strengthen his beliefs and character has he encounters many faces in a city full of crime and corruption and his relationship with Barbara Kean ( Erin Richards) his fiancée and future wife.

Oswald Cobblepot

Oswald Cobblepot is so far the second villain revealed in the series alongside Catwoman. The show series described him as "the brains of a chess grandmaster and the morals of the jackal," Cobblepot works for a gangster named Fish Mooney, and hides a sadistic lust for power behind his exquisitely polite demeanour. The show will likely explore more things about Cobblepot that would give viewers his desires and ambitions in his rise as Batman's future enemy the Penguin.
