It was a good nine-season run for How I Met Your Mother and the ending of CBS's Emmy nominated sit-com came with bang and a lot of mixed reactions throughout the internet from websites, social network, TV news, and more. How I Met Your Mother's creator Craig Thomas explained everything about the final episode of HIMYM season 9 finale through the use of social media, namely Twitter.
A lot of fans of the series were very upset and disappointed on how the final episode ended up, with Ted Mosby getting back with Robin Sherbatsky after the latter told the story to his kids on how Ted met their mother, Tracy to which kids found out the whole thing was an elaborate plan to have their permission to date Aunt Robin.
