After her dog Floyd died, Miley Cyrus took to her Twitter on Tuesday to mourn her loss.

Cyrus' heartfelt words were seasoned with broken-heart and sad-kitty emojis.

Her sentimental tweets ultimately caused the hashtag #RIPFloyd to trend in the United States.

"Today is the 2nd worst day of my life," Cyrus posted on her Twitter Tuesday afternoon.

According to Los Angeles Times, it wasn't until seven hours that the "Adore You" singer gave an explanation as to why.

"I don't wanna say it because I don't want it to be real," said Cyrus. "But my precious baby Floyd has passed away. I am broken," she continued, pairing the tweet with a picture of her cuddling up to the cute Alaskan Klee Kai she had since July 2011.

Cyrus even suggested not being able to live life with out Floyd.

"I know I don't mean it but I wish he would've taken me with him, this is unbearable," she wrote. "What am I gonna do without him? I am miserable." This tweet also included a touching picture.

She apologized in advance to Boston, her next Bangerz tour stop, if she doesn't give it her all during the Wednesday performance.

"I"m sorry in advance if I am not myself tomorrow Boston," she tweeted. "I will try my best to be my best."

By Wednesday, Cyrus wasn't comforted by the condolences she received.

"What you don't understand is he's not in a better place," she wrote. "The best place he could be was with me...where he was loved more than anything."

This is not the only dog that died under the care of Cyrus. Roughly a year ago Cyrus' Yorkie mix Lila was mistakenly killed by bulldog Ziggy, another pup the singer owned.

Ziggy later was sent to a rescue group to be place in a home with no other dogs or kids.

Cyrus adopted a gang of rescue dogs. There names are Bean, Happy, Mary Jane, and Penny Lane.

Floyd's cause of death is unknown.
