Sony is going to be pretty busy as they prepare for their Spider-Man spin-off titles: "Venom" and "The Sinister Six" and both movies are to be shown in cinemas before the Amazing Spider-Man 4 and their are spculations that Marc Webb won't be directing the film? How about that Marvel fans looks like the villains are stealing Spidey's spotlight.

It was reported on the website Den of Geek that the Venom and Sinister Six spin-offs are to be release before the Amazing Spider-Man 4, which was initially scheduled on May 7, 2018. Den of The Geek interviewed The Amazing Spider-Man producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach to learn more about the spin-offs information regarding the scheduled screening.

Matt Tolmach stated that:

"Before we know what we do with Spider-Man 4, we're going to do Sinister Six, Venom and Spider-Man 3. There is going to be a lot of crossover in those movies. So we're just not at Spider-Man 4, because we still have a whole other Spider-Man movie and two other movies. So we don't know yet what [Spider-Man 4] is going to be."

Amazing Spider-Man director Mark Webb won't be directing Spidey 4, but he will definitely do the third instalment of the film franchise. Tolmach also said that that Sony announced that both Venom and Sinister Six are in development with Drew Goddard directing Sinister Six.

The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is scheduled for 2016 although there might be some changes according to Tolmarch. The spin-offs are most likely shown before Spidey 4 comes along and one of the spin-offs will be shown on May 2018.

Til then, look out for more information about the Spider-Man films very soon.
