Well Marvel fans its official, Vision is coming to The Avengers: Age of Ultron movie and Paul Bettany talks about the android Avenger in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel and a description of him has been made by an internet source.
It was last week that Paul Bettany went by Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his new movie Transcedence. Paul Bettany confirmed his role as the marvel superhero Vision in the Avengers sequel; The Avengers: Age of Ultron. Jimmy Kimmel showed a photo of the Vision and jokingly stated that "He look a little bit like the superhero version of Speaker of the House John Boehner. You're really going to have to tan for this thing."
When asked about what his powers in the film are. Paul Bettany said that he was not allowed to describe what his character can do.
"I can do all sorts of things, but I'm not allowed to really talk about them and what we're going to do because there might be a Marvel agent in the room that will actually wrestle me to the ground."
This might be hint of a Vision in Joss Whedon's interpretation of the character and could be far more different from its Marvel mainstream version.
Paul Bettany may not say what vision can do, but internet website Screen Rant has described what Vision would look like in the film. According to Screen Rant that Paul Betanny was spotted two months ago leaving one of Marvel's production offices and it was reported that he did a make-up and costume test for the role of Vision. Screen Rant used another reliable source Comic Book Theory and according to them they have seen the concept art and actual costume of the character.
"It has a helmet akin to the Iron Man armor, but it's designed more like a face than a smooth Stark helmet. The iconic yellow and green are present in the design, but it's more metallic shades than bright 'comic book colors.' They said it reminds them somewhat of the T-100 from Terminator 2 but it's not as shiny. The yellow metal "liquid" bits seem to light up. This may or may not happen since there are two designs for that section. One lights up the other doesn't. That's the only difference. The cape is present, but they say it appears to only "pop out" when in flight mode. The cap sports some similar shades of yellow as the body. The "neck pieces" are the same yellow but they seem to shift positions from "standing" (for lack of a better word) to "flight mode."
Paul Bettany has been known as the voice of Tony Stark's AI butler J.A.R.V.I.S. in both Iron Man films and The Avengers and the sequel of the film will likely see Jarvis in action as the Vision as Age of Ultron comes to cinemas May 1 of next year.
So what do you think Marvel fans?
