Phaedra Parks husband Apollo Nida, the other half of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta southern bell, is most likely serving a minimum of 5 years in jail! Nida may spend time in jail yet AGAIN for commiting fraud! Apollo previously spent two seperate stints in the slammer and a third could crush the Housewives husband. Phaedra really knows how to pick a winner! Apollo makes Kandi's hubby Todd Tucker look like a saint! Apollo's partner, who was also charged with fraud alongside Apollo, has just received 5 years in jail. SO sadly, Nida will probably go down for at least 5 years for being an accomplice in the crime. Sadly Apollo just admitted that he had a difficult childhood that included watching a family member die from a herione overdose. But it a bad childhood any excuse to keep breaking the law, violating elders' social security benefits, and hiring aother to go along with his schemes? Apollo is 'absolutely' going to serve jail time for his fraud charges, according to RHOA star and Apollo and Phaedra Parks enemy, Kenya Moore whom Phaedra refers to as aka 'Kenya Whore Moore.' I'm not saying Kenya is innocent in the feud with Apollo and Phaedra but this is really none of teh Atlanta Housewives stars' business. Either way, this is not Apollo's first brush with the law. He served two stints in jail already!
This time Apollo Nida was convicted for racketeering and began serving his sentence July 28, 2004. He served nearly 5 years of his 18-year sentence before being paroled in May, 2009. He also served close to 5 months from December 29, 1998 to May 14, 1999 for theft by receiving stolen goods! Why in the world would southern bell Phaedra Parks date and then marry a convicted convict?! Phaedra is obviously realizing this now. Apollo is having the hardest time of his life right now, and it's a shock Nida has';t had a full blown meltdown by now. Apollo is looking at a possible third stint in jail AND dealing with rumors of seperation from wife Phaedra Parks. Also, The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star's hubby was just publicly put down by a man who told RadarOnline that he was "very very leery" of giving Apollo $2,000 upfront for him to make a public appearance at a charity event so close to his fraud trial. Phaedra Parks hubby is so angry that he make a YouTube video defending himself saying the man who didn't trust his is just slandering his name. Kenya Moore, though never close with Phaedra Parks, actually wants Apollo to go to prison. Wanting the father of Parks children to go to jail is pretty low of Kenya. Apollo could be serving his third time in jail, yes THIRD time, for some serious fraud charges thrown his way by the feds. Apollo is being charged with fraud for allegations that he ran a shady businesses that stole unsuspecting individuals' identities to be used on various loan applications and other purposes. Kenya slams Phaedra Parks husband Apollo on 'Bethenny' smugly saying he is 'absolutely' going to jail and making him out to be utter scum. Though we can't blame Kenya for being honest, Phaedra Parks has two baby boys with Apollo so jail time would be devastating for the Parks family.
Even if Phaedra and Apollo are no longer a couple, their children will have a hard childhood with an absent father. Yet Kenya Moore has absolutely no sympathy for Apollo or Phaedra after 'textgate' and then Phaedra calling her a whore in multiple confessionals on Housewives. Apollo and Phaedra have been spending most of their time in the court house these days. The pair asked the courts to postpone their trial until March 25th to look over the charges, and their request was granted. Then they asked for a second postponement until April 25th and that was granted to Apollo as well. And Apolllo and Phaedra were just granted a third postponement in the case after his partner was convicted. But no postponement is going to keeep Apollo out of jail this time.So far Phaedra has not been accused of any charges. Parks is an attorney and hopefully knew better than to get involved in his fraudulent crimes! Yet some suspect Phaedra was the mastermind behind the crimes believing Apollo isn't quite smart enough to organize such an elaborate scheme on his own. Apollo doesn't seem capable of this without Phaedra's help. Maybe that's why Phaedra is keeping her distance from Nida romantically. Phaedra and Apollo Nida have not been seen in public or photographed together since November and sources claim the Real Housewives of Atlanta couple are currently not even living together. Phaedra was livid at Nida after watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Apollo was clearly flirting with Kenya and he once again did not understood the importance of not speaking to Kenya and crossed the line another time. The Real Housewives franchise has had it's share of serious legal problems. The Real Housewives of New Jersey has Teresa and Joe Giudice accused of 41 a whopping counts of fraud and each is expected to serve their own jail time. Atlanta Housewives now has Phaedra and Apollo.
What is with these Housewives stars? Are they trying to financially keep up with each other? Don't reality stars realize everything they do will be put under a microscope? If you're going to break the law, you shouldn't be on television for the world to stare at you, right? Didn't think that ever needed to be said, but Teresa and Joe Giudice did the same thing and have gotten caught! Apollo could be looking at 20 years in jail will these serious charges upon him and his parter was just sentenced to 5 years in jail. He wants to work out a plea deal, but Apollo may not get as lucky as Teresa and Joe Giudice this time around. Certainly being on a hit show like The Real Housewives of Atlanta gave him the platform to make money in legal ways! What about Apollo and Phaedra doing thier workout video?! Was that not lucrative enough for Nida? Bethenny Frankel also asked Kenya if the cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta has yet to approached Phaedra Parks or Apollo on the situation. Kenya smugly answered, "I've never seen him outside of Housewives tapings but we talk about it amongst the cast obviously. I don't have anything to say to him after the lies he's told on me. I don't have a reason to have a conversation with him." And it looks like the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion part 3 will have Apollo screaming at Kenya that her talking about Nida 'made her.' Apolo says he 'made' Kenya! That;s nuts of Nida, but Kenya just keeps causing trouble for him and Apollo.
I think Apollo and Phaedra are not the most wonderful people but Kenya is much worse than the two of them, always stirring up trouble. The phony Housewives star needs to learn to learn to shut her mouth. Phaedra and Apollo have children so jail time affects more then just the adults.
