Tiger Woods Outing With Girlfriend And Ex-Wife: Golfer Doesn’t Know When He Will Return As He Recovers From Back Surgery, Reveals Plans For A Summer Comeback

Tiger Woods recently had an outing with his girlfriend and ex-wife.

Tiger Woods was sitting at his son's tee-ball game with girlfriend Lindsey Vonn and ex-wife Elin Nordegren, according to TMZ.

Although media outlets were shocked to see Woods' girlfriend and ex-wife sitting together so peacefully, this might be a sighting that we need to get used to it as Woods and Nordegren have children together.

The golfer is currently recovering from his recent back surgery and announced that he doesn't know when he will be returning to the golf scene, according to the Daily Mail.

"As for my return to golf, I really don't know. I'm doing everything I can and listening to doctors and working on a strength program, and then we just have to see how my back is," wrote Tiger on tigerwoods.com.

The 14-time major winner added, "Some people heal up in three months, some people take four months, some people take longer. I just don't know."

Woods reportedly suggested that he might be returning in time for the Quickens Loans National at Congressional Country Club, a PGA Tour tournament, which begins on June 26.

The tournament raises funds and awareness for the Tiger Woods Foundation.

He may also be returning for the Open tees off on July 17 at Royal Liverpool Golf Club along with the Ryder Cup, which will begin on September 26.

Woods wrote, "I hope to be back sometime this summer, but I just don't know when. There are a lot of big tournaments coming up, and one that's personally important to me is the Quickens Loans National. I really appreciate Quickens Loans becoming the title sponsor of my event."

He added, "It means a lot to me and my foundation. Whether I'm able to play or not, I'm going to be there to support it."

The 38-year-old has been taking extra care of his back since his surgery, but has emphasized that laying the "foundation" is very important in order to be able to swing properly again.

Woods has started walking as well as cycling and swimming last week, meaning he's on the road to recovery.
