After being hospitalized due to an allergic reaction from antibiotics, Miley Cyrus is ready to get her Bangerz Tour back in full swing.

The 21-year-old singer appeared to be her normal self during a press conference at London's O2 arena.

When gearing up for her Bangerz Tour, Cyrus claimed she "kind of took the natural route." Since normal medication wasn't supposedly working, the former Hannah Montana took vitamins and honey and did yoga.

Now Cyrus has credited herself for being "the poster child for good health."

Due to her being "connected to an IV for the last two weeks," Cyrus is extremely ready to get back to her "Bangerz" fans.

"You have no idea how ready I am. There is nothing I would rather not do than lay in a bed for two weeks. It was the most miserable two weeks of my life," says Cyrus, according to PEOPLE .

When talking about being sick, Cyrus stressed that the problem wasn't recreational drugs.

"I didn't have a drug overdose. I took some sh––y antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction." she explained.

Then she went on a brief tangent about her natural remedies.

"I'm on this crazy vitamin rush and crazy honey and lavender," she said. "I learned a lot about taking care of yourself. "

Cyrus added that she supposedly lived like an "athlete" due to her profession.

"I'm probably the only one on this tour who doesn't drink or smoke before a show, as I take this really seriously," the "Wrecking Ball" the singer said. "It's almost like being an athlete being up here, because if someone was f––ed up, they definitely couldn't do my show."

Her first performance back on the Bangers Tour will be in London. Attendants can expect tunes from the Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, and even Dolly Parton.

"I don't know how Dolly Parton goes over here, but I'm doing a Dolly song, so that could go one way or another," she said. "Everyone likes Dolly! Hopefully everyone will sing along."

Cyrus will also be performing at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards which airs May 18th at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
