Movie goers get ready to be spoiled as the plot details for Magic Mike 2 have been revealed and star of the sequel Channing Tatum tells them all.

Channing Tatum returns as Michael "Magic Mike" Lane to the sequel, and he claimed that Magic Mike 2 now rumored to be called "Magic Mike XXL" will be "crazier" than the first movie. Steven Soderbergh will be directing Magic Mike while Tatum will be working with the cincpet and script of the movie alog with his partner Reid Carolin.

In an interview with GQ, Tatum told the magazine that the plot for Magic Mike 2 involves Mike and his fellow male stripper co-workers attending a massive stripper convention.

"Now it is a movie that they are going to make, as a sequel to the first. Rumored to be called Magic Mike XXL, it'll be an on-the-road adventure, inspired by the two strippers' conventions Tatum attended. "We cut out so much stuff that was just really juicy fun things to happen in a movie that you haven't seen before," he says. One of the conventions he attended was in Raleigh, North Carolina. They went en masse in his buddy's van and danced for 3,000 women. "The women would come from miles and miles around," he recalls. "Then you lock the doors and you say all bets are off. It gets zany and crazy, and it's a wild ride. It's an incubator for insanity. It doesn't matter almost what you do onstage. I don't want to put anything in black and white on a page, but if you've been to one, you know how crazy it gets, and now pour kerosene on that. You've seen Magic Mike-now multiply that. Mob mentality. It's just exponentially crazier. I thought it was absolutely insane."

Tatum also stated that there were some scenes that had to be cut out.

"We cut out so much stuff that was just really juicy fun things to happen in a movie that you haven't seen before."

According to the GQ article, Sodenburgh has yet to budge on his decision to refrain from just directing this film himself, but he shall be serving as both director, photography and the editor, similar to what he's done many a time before on his past directorial efforts often going under the cinematographer pseudonym "Peter Andrews" and the editor moniker "Mary Ann Bernard."

Meanwhile, "Neghbors" star Zac Efron is rumoured to join Magic Mike 2. In an interview with Magic FM 105.4, Zac Efron answered the questions regarding him joining Magic Mike 2.

"We haven't really talked about...it's really funny," Efron said as he struggled to think of an answer. "No, we haven't talked about it, but I mean, I love Channing [Tatum], and I think Magic Mike was an awesome movie so I mean, who knows?"

Efron then pointed out that despite the reports on making an appearance in the sequel, no one should get too excited over it just yet.

"But we haven't talked about it, don't start any crazy rumors," the actor said. "People are going to start saying I'm in it. We haven't talked about it or anything so I don't know."

He also claimed that if he does end up winning a part, he would enjoy it since the other actors seemed to have a good time in the first film.

"It looks like fun. They looked like they had fun."
