"The Middle" star Eden Sher visited Marvel to discuss a possible superhero role in a new Marvel movie, and rumor has it that she will portray two female Marvel heroes: Ms. Marvel or Jessica Jones. So how did Eden Sher respond to that offer? Well, let's find out if the Ms Marvel Movie/Jessica Jones actress has been cast!
Marvel has certainly been busy making and promoting several superhero movies like Amazing Spider-Man 2, X-Men: Days of Future Past, and Guardians of the Galaxy as well as new projects like Avengers: Age of Ultron, Agent Carter, Antman, and Netflix produced series of Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and the Defenders.
Eden Sher is in talks with Marvel Studios as of now to discuss a possible role in future movie or tv series projects they have in store. Eden Sher tweeted what happened during her visit.
Went to marvel offices at noon for a "15 minute meeting." 3 hrs and 80 lbs of issues later, here I am paralyzed from excitement.

Marvel also tweeted about Sher's visit to the offices, though according to their Twitter it had more to do with The Middle season finale and Sher's love of comics than casting discussions.

Marvel Entertainment Manager of Video and Content Blake Harris also tweeted on Eden Sher's visit in their offices.

Sher, who got her start on Showtime's Weeds, has played awkward middle daughter Sue Heck on The Middle for five seasons and will return for the show's sixth season in the fall. However, by the sound of it, Sher may soon be transitioning from the family-oriented sitcom to a super powered protector of earth in future. It was speculated that Marvel offered Sher the role of either Jessica Jones or Ms. Marvel and her character requires "80 lbs" worth of comic books. Many say that Sher would fit the role of Jessica Jones while others say she is perfect to play Ms. Marvel, but unfortunatley it's not Carol Danvers, instead the new Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan.
@MiniB622 literally mad that walking is keeping me from starting Ms. Marvel rn. TYVM 4 the issues. Promise next time I see you I won't cry. — Eden Sher (@edensher) May 21, 2014
