Tito Ortiz news features "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy's" statements in relation to his long-standing feud with UFC President Dana White, stating further that the feud is affecting his kids' future.
The 39-year old mixed martial arts veteran and former UFC light heavyweight champion aired out his sentiments via a Youtube video, relaying his side of the story of their rift that has been going on since the mid-2000s.
"It's very childish, the things that he says," Ortiz explained. "When I walked away from him, I thought it'd be over. But then, throughout the last two years, just little things that he would say just to bark up a little bit."
"Maybe he needs to get more attention. Wasn't he held a lot as a kid or something? I'm like his ex-boyfriend, he won't leave me alone," he added.
News has it that Tito Ortiz and Dana White's feud have gone deeper than most fighter-promoter relationship. In 2007, a three-round boxing match was supposed to ensue between the two men, as part of "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy's" stipulation to sign a contract extension.
The fight, which went as far as being sanctioned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, did not push through after Tito Ortiz failed to show up during the day off the weigh-ins.
The war of words continue to go on, despite the fact that Tito Ortiz has already signed and has been officially fighting for Bellator Fighting Championships, a rival promotion company of the UFC.
In his first-ever fight with Bellator two weeks ago against Alexander Shlemenko, which he won via first round submission, Tito Ortiz requested for his name to be removed from the UFC's Hall-Of-Fame list.
"UFC, take me off your list," Ortiz said during the post-fight interview. "Take me off your Hall of Fame."
Tito Ortiz is also concerned about how the public feud affects his fans, and more importantly, his children.
"It's affecting my fans," Ortiz continued. "It's going to affect my kids and their future, too. And to see the stuff that he says about me, and half the stuff is BS. It really just comes down to him to just get over it, man."
