Previously, Park Hoon had declined to do a surgery for Jang Suk Joo because he had made his father Park Chul move to North Korea. However, Park Chul changed his mind and said he would compete with the other doctors and said, "But I have a request. Whether this is a competition or a showdown, the hospital must pay all fees that incur."
