Quentin Tarantino's movie 'The Hateful Eight' is aiming for a November production start date, according to Showbiz411. The 'Django' director is dating Uma Thurman!
Tarantino pulled plans to make 'Hateful Eight' after Gawker released it online.
Tarantino said, "We'll see. I'm still writing the script right now," he said when asked if the movie might ever hit cinemas. "I have calmed down a bit. The knife-in-the-back wound has started to scab."
The Oscar-winning film-maker withdrew his lawsuit against Gawker. Tarantino had claimed the website "crossed the journalistic line" when it linked to a copy of the 146-page 'Hateful Eight' script which was allegedly leaked by an unidentified Hollywood agent earlier this year.
Tarantino, 51, and actress Uma Thurman, 44, are finally more than just friends after decades of working together, reports Us Weekly.
"They had a thing and got together again recently," a source told the magazine. "He's loved her for years."
Tarantino and Thurman first worked together on 1994′s "Pulp Fiction." They shared a villa in the south of France recently for Cannes. On Saturday, they both appeared as presenters during the Cannes Film Festival's closing ceremony.
According to another source, Tarantino and Thurman have long been more than just co-workers on films like 'Kill Bill' and 'Kill Bill 2.'
"There has always been an attraction," the source said. "She has indulged from time to time, and that's how their relationship has always worked."
Thurman was previously married to actor Ethan Hawke from 1998 to 2006, which whom she has two children, Maya, 16, and Levon, 12.
Thurman also recently ended her engagement to Arki Busson, with whom she has a daughter - 22-month-old Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson.
Tarantino has spoken about his relationship with Thurman before, once saying, "I'm not saying that we haven't, and I'm not saying that we have. We love each other, but we're almost too close now to be a couple. We had our life together on Kill Bill. It was like a marriage in every way."
