Sherri Shepherd's estranged husband is angry because she is not planning to cut her workload as the birth of their child approaches according to latest news. Daily Mail reported that their surrogate is due to give birth on July 28 in Pennsylvania while Sherri has arranged to perform at a gospel festival in Virginia on July 19. Lamar Sally has warned her he will be furious if she misses it.

According to TMZ Lamar has told Shepherd he will consider it an 'unforgivable sin' if she is not there. The duo is currently fighting for custody of the unborn child.

According to Guardian Liberty Voice, Sherri Shepherd's current husband is not the only one making seditious remarks about the television star. It appears that Shepherd's former husband Jeff Tarpley is now exposing her mothering skills.

Report says that Tarpley is seeking full custody of the couple's nine-year-old son Jeffrey Jr. according to court documents filed last month in Los Angeles. Jeff Tarpley claims in court documents that due to Shepherd's busy schedule as a television host and touring stand-up comedienne, their son, Jeffrey, has been suffering from neglect, is falling behind in school, suffers poor hygiene, and is reading below grade level. Little Jeffrey, who has special needs, was left to the care of "unfit nannies" based on Tarpley's accusations. The father also says the boy wears velcro shoes because the nine-year-old has not learned how to tie his own shoes.

Sherri Shepherd is countering Tarpley's claims calling her ex-husband an absentee father and not capable of raising their son. A hearing has been set for July 21 to address Jeff Tarpley's claims. The pair had been divorced since 2011.

Shepherd's current husband moves toward legal separation from the TV host. In his court papers, Sally is seeking full custody of the couple's unborn child due this summer via surrogate with "reasonable" visitation offered to Shepherd. According to TMZ, a prenuptial agreement guarantees that Shepherd has full custody of her second, unborn child. If the allegations of her ex-husband, Tarpley, are proven valid, Sally gets motion for full custody of the infant in family law and could be entitled to spousal and child support and a significant cut of the Shepherd's reported $10 million net worth. The star topped her estranged husband's motion for separation with her own filing for actual divorce.
