People have been talking about 50 Cent's first pitch at the New York Mets game last Tuesday. Why? It was probably the worst ceremonial pitch of all time and he just laughed off what happened.

During his interview with Good Morning America, Curtis Jackson or also known as 50 Cent, jokingly said that it was Curtis that threw the ball and not 50 Cent. The 38-year old musician explained, "See I was trying to get Curtis to be more like 50 Cent. 50 Cent is a star and Curtis just does things for no reason."

50 Cent also admitted to the TV show that he was reprimanded and interrogated by law enforcers. He said, "I actually got pulled over by New York City police, they pulled me over in my car, and he pulled me over and I said, 'I got my license, right?' Because I was a little nervous when he pulled me over, I was, like, 'Oh no, what did I do,'"

The rapper continued, "And then he said, 'You know that pitch was terrible.'" Some people thought that the 50 Cent first pitch blooper was intentional so he can create more buzz for his latest album called "Animal Ambition".

However, the New York-born musician insisted that he didn't mean to do it. 50 Cent said, "Oh no, it slipped! It slipped out of my hand." He told Rolling Stone, "Look, I'm not a professional baseball player and won't be any time soon. I'm a musician."

The rapper also revealed, "I did practice before going out there and it went great, all strikes!" TMZ backed up his claim by sharing a footage of the singer throwing a ball at the Citi Field. By the look of it, 50 Cent looked pretty good with his pitches.

He said, "Right before I went out I had spent time with these great students I had invited from The Academy of Finance and Enterprise in Long Island City to experience the Mets game with me." 50 Cent continued, "We had a good time chatting. I love spending time with the future entrepreneurs of the world."

When asked if we will see another 50 Cent first pitch someday, the rapper said: "Never say never." He added, "If I do return I think I'm gonna save my talent for the World Series."
